Bryan - All-Star Coach/Director
Bryan has been in the cheer world for 22 years; 18 of them coaching. He is NCE's Tumble coach as well as a coach on all 3 competition teams!

Bryan's favorite thing about the sport is seeing routines performed with passion & clean skills and his favorite skill to throw is a Double Full, Standing Back Tuck. The best advice he gives his athletes is, "Give it your all & trust the process!"
Nicole - Cheer Coach
Nicole has been in the cheer world for 13 years; 5 of them coaching at NCE where she currently coaches the JR Diamonds team alongside Coaches Bryan and Amy.

Nicole says the most rewarding thing about the sport is, "The discipline and mindset you learn of never giving up, even on your bad days. Trust your body and keep pushing. Killing it on the floor during competitions make it all worth it!" Her favorite skill is a Toe Touch Standing Full.
Merissa - Cheer Coach
My name is Merissa Minix. I am a wife and a mother to 2 eight year old boys and a 5 month old boy. I have a big passion for all-star cheerleading, tumbling, and dance. I have 15 plus years experience in dance training. I also was a cheerleader for my middle school and high school. I competed in all-star cheerleading my sophomore year through my senior year of high school, then continued on to become a cheerleader at the University of Southern Indiana for 1 year. I then began coaching at my former all-star gym for 3 years. I have coached levels 1-3 as well as a special needs cheerleading squad. I have a huge passion for helping children and helping them succeed.
This will be my second year at North Central Elite. I love working with all the kids and can’t wait to see where these next seasons take us!
Tori - Staff
Tori's face is one you'll see often around the gym. Always active behind the scenes, she's the driving force that helps to keeps things running smoothly. Amy Berry, gym owner, often refers to her as her "go to" for making sure things are organized and completed in a timely manner.
Planning, registration, billing, cheer camp, an extra hand at practices, fundraisers- from concept to delivery, and everything in between, you can be sure Tori has had her hand in helping to get it accomplished. Her strongest attribute is seeing where help is needed and filling the gap.
When asked how she ended up at NCE, Tori said:
“ My daughter Addi, has been doing competitive cheer since she was 3, and I've fallen in love with everything it has to offer. It has taught her so many amazing traits. Seeing her succeeding every year and making everlasting friendships is what it's all about for me. I actually found Amy though our adventures in competitive cheer leading. We decided we needed to have a gym where our girls could get everything they needed in order to be successful in this sport. The rest is history. N.C.E. has been such a blessing to our family and community."

About Us
We are a newer, up and coming gym, offering recreational tumbling and competitive all-star cheerleading. We have recently constructed a new “Cheer Barn” that will house a large foam pit, full cheer floor, tumbling harness, and optimal viewing areas for parents and guests. It is our top priority to offer you, and your children, a fun, safe, energetic, environment in which to learn. We are very family oriented and look forward to watching your children learn and grow as they work towards their goals. Above all else, you can expect a well-organized business that emphasizes honesty and communication.

Owners Matthew & Amy are very excited to offer such an amazing program to our community. They have three children, Natalie, Brynlie, and Jamison. You can find one of them in the gym at any given moment. They are looking forward to upcoming seasons and welcoming you into our cheer family.
